How school self-onboarding works

Everything is self-serve so teachers can get to the classroom games and analytics the same day.

Create a school admin login

Use the standard registration form and choose the school/teacher role. This unlocks the admin dashboard shell.

Add minimum 10 seats

Enter the number of students you plan to onboard. The dashboard stays in read-only mode until at least 10 seats are added.

Complete Revolut checkout

Pay securely via Revolut. Upon successful payment, your account is automatically upgraded and all features unlock immediately.

Invite teachers & classes

Once payment clears, all dashboards, analytics, and games remain active for the full billing cycle.

Trials automatically downgrade to read-only mode unless you select the €10/year student plan or a school tier (from €10 down to €8 per student/year) and complete the payment through Revolut. We send reminders inside the app so you never lose access unexpectedly.

When you confirm your seat count, you'll be redirected to Revolut to complete payment securely. Pay with any card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or bank account supported by Revolut. Upon successful payment, your account is automatically upgraded and receipts are emailed instantly.

Yes. Use the same registration flow as students, select the school role, and you’ll immediately see the admin dashboard. Add your minimum seats, invite co-teachers, and only contact us if you want procurement paperwork or >500 seats.

A minimum of 10 active students is required. Once those seats are entered and payment is confirmed, the teacher dashboard, analytics, and games become fully interactive. You can add more seats at any time and the per-student price will adjust.

Accounts remain open with limited access to historical scores and a small sample of questions. To keep AI writing, dashboards, and new games unlocked, payment is required right after the pilot.
